Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Creator Tools upload service (“Service”) operated by DesignOverhaul (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Service is a web-based tool that allows users to upload photo slideshows and videos to TikTok using TikTok’s official Content Posting API. The Service facilitates the transfer of your content to TikTok and does not host, distribute, or publish content independently.

2. Account & Authentication

To use the Service, you must authorize access to your TikTok account through TikTok’s official OAuth process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TikTok account. You may disconnect your TikTok account from the Service at any time, either through the Service interface or through TikTok’s settings.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must have a valid TikTok account in good standing.
  • You must own or have the necessary rights and licenses to all content you upload through the Service.
  • You must not upload content that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or any applicable laws.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any consequences of publishing it.

4. TikTok API Usage

The Service uses TikTok’s official API to upload content on your behalf. Your use of the Service is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and TikTok’s API Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload through the Service. We do not claim any rights to your content. Uploaded files are temporarily stored on our servers solely for the purpose of transferring them to TikTok and are automatically deleted within 30 minutes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that TikTok’s API will remain available. We are not responsible for any failures, delays, or errors caused by TikTok’s platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignOverhaul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
